Help with your account

For login issues, driving licence uploads, reservations, or company access, contact your organisation’s FleetShare administrator first. They can reset access, approve licences, and manage fleet settings.

Deployment & technical issues

If something does not load, try refreshing the page or signing out and back in. Clear your browser cache if problems persist. Administrators can check service status, environment configuration, and integration settings for your deployment.

Privacy and data

Questions about how personal data is handled are covered in our Privacy Policy. Your organisation is often the data controller for employee and fleet data; we process it to provide the service as described there.
